Our “wedding hub”: social, energetic, walking distance to everything
We’ve reserved a total takeover room block of all 29 rooms at The Drift, a stylish, minimalistic hotel in the heart of San José del Cabo. It’s modern, laid-back, and reflects the Baja vibe we love: desert textures, courtyard gatherings, and a little mezcal energy.
There’s also a Drift in Santa Barbara, so choosing this one felt symbolic — a bridge between our home and our celebration.
We’ll be hosting the welcome reception there on Friday, and it’ll be the hub for spontaneous hangs and pre- & post-party vibes. We recommend this spot for those who don’t mind some late night music.

Tropicana Inn by Hilton
Classic & calm tropical garden
This is our recommendation for a chiller vibe. A beautiful hotel with a heated pool, a relaxing hot tub and a wellness center. It’s centrally located and is just a 5-minute walk from The Drift.
